A Stone’s Throw from Ayres Natural Bridge

At The Station, we're not only nearby Ayres Natural Bridge, but also close to some incredible outdoor adventures.

Consider The Station a part of the OLD WEST with a NEW TWIST. Once there were only vast expanses of warm and wet land, where dinosaurs thrived (check out the Glenrock Dinosaur Museum). MUCH later, Indians roamed and the immigrant trails carved their way west, following the North Platte River. Then came the railroad. The area exhibits all of this past history, but is also home to natural gas plants, settled towns, irrigated ranch lands, and easy access off Interstate 25.

The terrain offers the perfect setting for hiking, horseback riding, or simply exploring the rugged beauty of Wyoming's landscapes.

And if you're an angler, you're in for a treat. Ayres Natural Bridge Park features a stocked stream that meanders through the area, providing an excellent opportunity to cast your line and reel in some memorable catches. Don't forget to check out the remnants of the old dam, a fascinating piece of history nestled within this natural wonderland. So whether you're a nature enthusiast, an avid fisherman, or just looking for a serene escape, The Station and the surrounding area offer endless possibilities for a truly memorable experience in the heart of Wyoming.

NOTE: The Natural Bridge is an oasis just 4 miles from The Station, one of only 3 places in the USA that have water running beneath the “bridge” It is accessed by a very curvy road and low-hanging tree branches. They have no ability to accommodate large or long vehicles.

The Park does have camping, but only a few sites that allow for a trailer of up to 30 feet.

If you need a place to park or camp, we have electric-only and rustic (no services) campsites at 5 Natural Bridge Road. We also have a few corrals for horses, if needed.

The Station does have long term camping, however there are currently only electric hookups. Cost is $400/month plus electric charges.

Overnight camping during the summer is $40/night, or $15/night for rustic sites. There is available parking if you need a place to drop a trailer or motorhome while you explore the park.

Have horses and need a place to unload them? No problem, we do have corrals to give them a secure place to rest for a bit.
